New Full Plate Living Classes opening in February 2026!

 Sign up today for this eight week class series at the Allendale  County Hospital, in the cafeteria on Wednesdays at 4pm beginning late February 2026. The cost is $5/class plus your workbook ($23.00). Need  some help participating? We don't want cost to stand in your way of good  health! Some scholarships and sponsorships are available.
